Experienced, skilled carpenter• Framing, drywall and finishing skills required.
• Doors, kitchen and bathroom install skills required.
• Carpentry hand and power tools required.
• Electrical and plumbing skills desirable (minor).
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized, and able to plan/layout jobs.
• Reliable transportation. Truck is a must.
• Knowledge of applicable safety rules and practices is required.

HVAC Service Technician/Installer
• Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of each unit type.
• Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools and safety equipment on vehicle.
• Reliable transportation. Truck is a must.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturers specifications.
• Proper documentation for employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of recent work experience w/ references.
